Thank you for visiting my auction. For your consideration I am pleased to offer this 55-piece set of sterling silver flatware. The back of each piece is marked Hallmark Sterling and the pattern name is Ribbon Rose. The following pieces and approximate measurements are included: 8 Knives - 9 1/4" 8 Forks - 7 3/4" 8 Forks - 6 1/4" 8 Place Spoons - 6" 8 Soup Spoons - 6" 8 Iced Beverage Spoons - 7 1/2" 6 Serving Spoons - 8 1/2" 1 Meat Fork - 8 3/8" All pieces are in very good condition, but have quite a bit of tarnish and light scratches overall. No monograms, never been monogrammed. The pattern does have a small square near the end of the handle for monogramming. The wooden silver chest is optional. T is a foil sticker inside the chest from Naken's of Chicago. The chest is lined in brown felt. The inside is in good condition - the outside has a few large scratches and worn places. I am selling this set for an older client. This set belonged to her mother and dates from the early 1940's or before. Exact shipping charges will be determined at the close of the auction. ESTIMATED weight of this merchandise is 6 pounds for the silver only or 11 pounds with the silver chest. I can ship the silver only for a flat rate of $10 anyw in the continental U.S. UPS will be my preferred carrier if you purchase the chest as well. When possible, I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax. Insurance will be required for this item. Delivery confirmation (.65 - .75) is required. Please ask all questions before bidding. Additional pictures are available upon request. Items are described to the best of my ability and I do not claim to be an expert about anything!
