55 Piece Flatware Set "English Crown" by Reed & Barton If auction reaches $375.00 shipping will be free in the contiguous lower 48 United States. Up for auction is a beautiful set of 55 pieces of vintage Reed & Barton Silverplate flatware in the "English Crown" pattern and a case/chest. My friend received it as a wedding present in 1973. This discontinued pattern was made from 1968-2006. The set consists of the following 55 pieces which is a complete set of ten (10) - five piece place settings plus 5 serving pieces (all marked Reed & Barton): · 10 Dinner Knives (Blades marked Reed & Barton Mirrorstele ) 9" 10 Dinner Forks 7 ⅜" 10 Salad / Dessert Forks 6 ⅝ " 10 Teaspoons 6" 10 Oval shaped Soup Spoons 6 ½" 1 Master Butter Knife (Blade marked Reed & Barton Mirrorstele) 7" 1 Sugar Spoon 6 ¼" 1 Serving Table Spoon 8 ½" 1 Medium Cold Meat Fork 8 ¾" 1 Gravy Ladle 6 ½" If you want the chest I'll include it by doubling the shipping charge. Just let me know you want it after you win the auction. · 1 Chest-- Made by Gorham Chest with Pacific Silver Cloth to prevent tarnish. The box covered in fake alligator has 2 zippers on the soft top and side handles. After being zipped only 1 of the 2 snaps on the outside of the case works, (the 2 nd snap has some damage). Adding the chest will double the shipping fee. The pictures are of the actual items that you will receive.
