Britannia class 4-6-2 loco which appears to have been re-named "Arrow" 70017. In BR colours. At least 24 years old. Evidence of day-to-day wear to body. Some evidence of work to the pick-ups (see picture). Theoretically tender-driven, but it is a non-runner - hence spares or repair. I think the problem may be with an internal gear (the tender wheels can be turned by hand which of course would not happen if all was well). Please see description and photos. No box.
