These lovely old 10 1/2" dinner plates are from England and by the Brown Westhead Moore Company. They have both the Cauldon, England stamp and the Brown Westhead Moore backstamp. The pattern is a rich Cobalt Blue and Gold on an ivory background although I have been unable to name the pattern. The current owner purchased them at an estate auction quite a few years ago. She has never used them herself, but I believe they have been lightly used prior to her ownership. They have only the normal light usage wear with no chips, cracks, or discolorations. They have been in storage for quite a while and need a good bath (by hand of course) before use, but are quite elegant and would certainly dress up any special occassion table.
