The Weiller Co was a family owned lithographer in Philadelphia. They operated at least from the 1930's up until the late 1970's. They were a major producer of advertising posters, easel backed cardboard signs and menus amongst many other items. From the files I was able to go through, much of their work was done for : Breweries, Dairies, and bakeries. In 1997 a friend of mine got a call that allowed us in to this fabulous printer who was liquidating their files to get ready to sell the building that once held their production facility. Now ,after moving some boxes around, I've come across some things that I pulled out of the file cabinets in the 48 hours we were allowed access. Many of these items are one of a kind and because t are multiple variations of some items like menus, I am not sure if many of these items were production versions or just mock ups. If you are a true collector of this type of item, get them while you can because many may never be seen again. This is a set of 6 different Generic Ice Cream Menu Covers. I believe they range from the late 1940's until the late 1950's. They have never been folded and measure 13 1/2" by 10 1/4". T is nothing written in them and other than some random soiling on the white side they are in excellent condition . Perfect to use in your home Bar or Soda Fountain .Great Graphics too.
