The different blades are 2 modern blades which are 8 7/8" long and 2 new French with notches on the upper edge of the blade. These are 9 1/8" long. The last two have new French blades without notches and the blades are just slightly narrower than the notched blades. These are also 9 1/8" long. The photo of the 3 knives together shows the difference between the 3 styles. The stainless blades are in very good condition and the handles are lightly tarnished. We do not know the age of these as the maker's mark is not on them. The handles are also in good condition with no dings or dents or deep scratches. T are light scratches from normal use.
