This is Big Makuna, he is one of my latest carvings.I was fortunate that I was able to aquire a Ca Fan Palm that had to be cut down. These are very hard to come by, and I usually don't get to carve tikis this big! I actually carved 4 from this tree so far, and I still have 3 more huge ones to carve. The other tikis this size are also going up for auction. The reddish one with the big tongue has been adopted by one of my neighbors.This is a great tiki for your yard, he will bring you luck and he is so big that he would be difficult for someone to try to steal, so maybe even in the front yard? He would make a fantastic, unique, Christmas present. Even the guy who has everything does'nt have a VonTiki! He has been signed with my special VonTiki insignia and Big Makuna has been treated with 4 generous coats of a waterproofing sealer, so he will weather in the elements like a champ for many,many, years before needing to be resealed if ever at all. I also will create a custom carving for you if you prefer.This guy is so big that he could be difficult to ship.I would deliver him for a small fee within 100 miles of Ventura.If you can arrange for shipping or trucking to get him across the planet, go for it!!!Thanks so much for looking,Mahalo,and Happy Holidays!!!
