This 1/6 scale model saddle is a replica of an 1885 era McClellan army cavalry saddle, complete with blanket (grey with yellow stripe) and officer's blanket (blue with yellow trim), 2 bedrolls, breast collar(martingale), saddlebags, rifle boot, rifle (sharp's carbine), picket rope, canteen, saber with scabbard, hobbles, tin cup, feed bag, halter and lead, and bridle with Rio Rondo Cavalry bit and curb chain. The Dragon horse and action figure are just for posing purposes, you are just buying the tack. This of course, IS NOT FOR A REAL HORSE, it is a scale model saddle. The tack is all hand made by the seller from genuine leather and dyed black. The tree is made from clay and kiln fired, then covered with thin leather. The saddle is made to fit the 1/6 scale Dragon horses, it is too wide for Marx horses, and way too big for Breyers. The stirrup leathers can be adjusted, they are set right now to fit 12" action figures like Dragon and Sideshow. The saddle does up like a real saddle, as does every buckle on the rest of the gear. The hardware is all brass. The saddle is 4 inches long and 6 inches from the top of the pommel to the bottom of the stirrups. Buyer to pay shipping of $8.50 airmail for the US and Canada, which includes $100 insurance, and $15.00 everywhere else. Payment by Paypal only, as per Ebays new policy. Always happy to combine shipping, any additional saddle bought at the same time will be shipped free. If you buy more than one item, please wait until I send an invoice with the shipping discount. CANADIANS NOTE: The shipping will come up international at $15.00, just change it to $8.50.
