Up for your bidding pleasure is this wonderful 6 serving starter set of Birks sterling silver flatware. It has 6 small spoons (4.315 oz.), 6 teaspoons (5.37 oz.), 6 soup spoons (10.02 oz), 6 salad forks (8 oz.), 6 dinner forks (9.58 oz.), 6 butter knives, 6 large knives, a small serving fork (.76 oz.), a large serving fork (2.06 oz.), and sugar cube tongs (.7 oz.). The total weight is approximately 39.80 ounces of sterling silver pieces not including the steerling knife handles. The knife handles would probably weigh another 3 to 6 ounces. The wooden serving chest is in average condition for the age. I will be happy to omit the wood case if the buyer wants to save money on shipping. The silverware is monogrammed. Buyer pays priority mail and insurance is required. Happy bidding!
