For your consideration in this auction is a set of 6 Stieff pewter decanter labels. They are in a "Historic Newport Reproduction " pattern. They are still in the lovely original blue velvet lined box, and the individual packages have not been opened. They are 2 1/2" by 1 1/4" with small chains attached so they can hang around the neck of the decanter. The pictures did not comeout too well since they are still in the packages. T is one for bourbon, gin , vodka, brandy, scotch, and sherry. The fine detail of engraving and lettering is outstanding! They are all marked on the back with the maker's mark. Stieff is a very highly regarded maker of quality silver and pewter items. They are from an elderly person's estate, so I think they might be vintage, but I am unsure.
