LOT 6288Seller's Estimate: USD 300 - 500Details: This lot consists of the vintage railroad ephemera and photographs shown in the corresponding images.Included in this lot are black and white railroad photographs, rail car blueprints of the Hart-Otis Car Company, NOS letterhead and envelopes from the Upper Canada Railway Society (1941), and matted prints. Train cars depicted represent Victoria Iron, Canadian Furnace Limited,Davenport Gas-Electric, and S.J. Groves & Sons, among others. Many of the photographs in this lot are stamped "Compliments of Andrew Merrilees Limited / Rails, Track Supplies, Switch Material" or "A.A. Merrilees & Co. / Machinery, Equipment, Steel, Metals" on the back. Also present is at least one limited edition color photo by Ivan T.
