60'S FENTON HONEY AMBER SATIN OVERLAY BUBBLE OPTIC JUG

This 9 1/4" tall 70 ounce cased glass jug, # 1353 was made in the 1960's by Fenton in their rare and desirable Honey Amber Satin Overlay Bubble Optic pattern and features a ruffled rim and a reeded applied handle. The interior is white and the outside is, of course, a satin honey amber in color. It is shown on page 131 of the John Walk book Fenton Rarities and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The original price is written in black on the base. Thanks very much to the folks on the Pottery and Glass discussion board who helped me identify this beautiful piece.
