2 3/4 " tall, by 7 1/2 " wide, by 6 " deep, Archimede Seguso, Venetian, Italian, bowl. Circa 1960's. Outer (bottom) bowl: clear outer glass layer, over layer of Pulegoso (random sized bubbles; see pictures # 3, # 4 & # 5).. Inner bowl: clear layer of glass, over layer of emerald green (seen best on the inner rim of the bowl), over layer of large bubbles surround an island of Pulegoso (see description below). The large bubbles are within a circle of clear glass (halo effect) surrounding the island of Pulegoso (see pictures # 2, # 3, & # 4). This technique, I am told, was difficult to do and found only on few pieces of glass. Weight of the bowl is 3 #. No chips, cracks or repairs. If you have any other questions about its condition. i.e., any specifics that helps your decision to bid, please ask before you bid . Please note my policy on insurance and postage . Since the insurance receipt does not trace a lost package, you must buy Delivery Confirmation ($.75). IDENTITY: most of the time I will identify the artist that I belive did the glass design based on my experience of 25 years of collectiong Murano glass, accumulating around 100 reference books and auction catalogs and from handling over 2000 pieces of Murano glass over 25 years. If t is an attached Murano sticker or a signature the identity is more certain. Otherwise you are free to accept or reject my opinion. I am not always right and am glad to hear your opinion. MY RETURN POLICY: If I fail to describe significant "after factory" damage that is not shown in the picture I will accept returns and refund your money. However, I must hear from you within 3 days of your receipt of the glass. However, manufacturing flaws, bubble bursts, asymmetry, debris (ash) within the glass, artistic variation, dirt are not "after factory" damage. I will do my best to note flaws, etc., but cannot always guarantee that I will see them. Remember this glass is hand blown and is not "perfect" and it is old. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID. ALSO: Insurance is required on all purchases and is for for YOUR protection. Thus if t is damage, keep the box and wrappings and I will forward the insurance paper work to YOU. Although I double pack the glass items, things can happen. I cannot collect the insurance on my end since all the evidence is with you. I have over 1000 pieces of Murano glass and will be slowly listing them on ebay, so if you collect Murano, check my listings regularly. Please note: All items purchased require full insurance, for your protection and mine. Please do not send payment without insurance as an additonal paypal fee will be charged to me, if you have to send a separate payment for the insurance, you forgot to pay the first time. Payment is required within 10 days of auction ending unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon. To get an approximate idea of postage, add 1 # for double packing to the weight of the item or 4 # , and go to the website and see the domestic rates or international rates. My zipcode is 91710. Use the large package choice. If you are outside the USA then you need to check the International postage rates. I have packed and mailed hundereds of pieces of glass nationally and internationally and have only had 5 pieces arrived broken. Thus, I think I can safely pack glass. If you have special requirements to pack your glass: double boxes, double layer of peanuts, etc., I am happy to do it, but t is likely to be an extra packing charge. Please DO NOT send payment until I have calculated the actual postage and notified you of the final packaged postage and insurance.
