Very nice 6464-475 Boston & Maine boxcar with box

This is a nice example of the early version of the 6464-475 Boston & Maine boxcar that Lionel made from 1957 through 1960. It is a type IIb body (Greenberg, Vol. 1, 10th ed., p. 114) as evidenced by the faint outline of the 6352 roof hatch . The car is very clean with the exception of some dusty areas on the roof and dark smudges in a few spots on the sides. These are probably from handling and they might clean off, but that is up to the buyer. With care, I think this car will be a full Excellent. The door guide rails are clean with no rust. The wheels show a modest amount of run time; they have bar end trucks with magnetic couplers. Both couplers are functional with good springs.The car comes with a solid box with all eight flaps firmly attached. As the subtitle says, this is an over-stamped box for the 6464-510 Girl's Train boxcar. You can see this clearly in the last picture, which shows the 6464-520 tab flap.Please check out all the pictures as they serve as part of my description.
