VINTAGE WEDGWOOD CHINA 64-PIECE DINNER SERVICE FOR 8EDME "CONWAY" AK8384 This is a beautiful set of China was made in England. EDME refers to the shape of the plate and Corinthian moulding around the edges. The centers are a multi-colored floral bouquet. The pattern has been discontinued and was actually produced from 1929 to 1997. The set includes: 8 10.5" Dinner plates 8 8 1/8" Salad plates8 6 3/8" Bread plates 8 65.25" Cream soup cups-footed with double handles 8 6.5" Cream soup saucers 8 5.25" Fruit/desert/sauce bowls 5 3.25" Cups-footed 2.5" high3 3.5" Cups-footed 2.75" high 8 5 5/8" saucers There is a tiny chip to one of the small cups on the rim, one of the larger cups is stained inside and another has a chip on the foot but other than that there are no chips, cracks or crazing on any of the other pieces and little or no utensil marks. These 64 pieces are available from for almost $1000.This set originally belonged to a bachelor gentleman and was service for 12. The odd pieces-2 dinner plates, 4 salad plates, 2 bread plates, 1 creamed soup cup and saucer set and 2 creamed soup saucers as well as the demitasse cups and saucers, sugar bowl, tea pot and coffee pot are on separate listings.
