#65 tied by a rare U.S. Ship DLC pmk on a very rare patriotic design in red and blue of a female on globe and flag design(W2321). The cover is very clean and in VF condition. This cover was in the original Nutmeg/Bischel sale, lot 4263. It was listed at $250.00 If Paypal is a problem let me know &we'll work something out.
