65 with a small Forth Schuyler, NY cancel. Blue cannon on top. & "Fremont, First of Freedom Host" embossed patriotic. Soldier and flag on top of mountain, other soldiers and a train design. This is an extremely rare design. The Nutmeg/Bischel catalog, lot 735 indicates that there is only one recorded. If Paypal is a problem let me know &we'll work something out.
