A really fine service pattern, introduced in 1940 and actively made until 2000. It is very much a traditional Spanish influence pattern. It will go with any decor but looks really best with Southwest or Spanish influence. It is heavily incised and a develops a fantastic patina over time if allowed to tarnish. T are no evident flaws I could find with this set. T are very few usage scratches and no significant tarnish spots.
T are place settings for 12 with 5 pieces per setting and 5 serving pieces. T are no monograms or monogram removals. This set is stored in a vintage Naken's flatware chest in very good shape (they are a benchmark for quality construction). The case is stained walnut and has light brown tarnish inhibiting cloth lining the box with a knife holder assembly in the top. It has very minor scratches and no dings. The setting pieces (with sizes) are: 12 Dinner Forks 7 1/4" 12 Salad Forks 6 3/8" 12 Round Bowl Soup Spoons 6" 12 Teaspoons 6" 12 Dinner Knives 9" The Serving Pieces are: 3 Serving Spoons 8 1/4" 1 Gravy Ladle 6" 1 Master Butter Knife 7 1/8" The replacement cost for this service through a well known source is over $2000 and the buy it now is half that cost. This is a great set for the money.
