This collection contains great key books for The Incredible Hulk (including Hulk #1!!!), Fantastic Four, X-Men, Silver Surfer, Journey Into Mystery and more. T are also Modern Age "classics of tomorrow" as well as a nice selection of Golden Age books. We are offering a nice little run of Hulk books, Tales to Astonish #67 to ??. You won't want to miss these, as they are a very high quality group of books. This is Marvel Comics' Tales to Astonish #87. It was published in January 1967. This book features Incredible Hulk and Sub-mariner. # Stories: 1. Moment Of Truth 2. The Humanoid And The Hero. Written by Stan Lee. Penciler Bill Everett, John Buscema. Inker Bill Everett, Mickey Demeo. Letterer Art Simek. Cover Art: Gil Kane. Please check our feedback from buyers of our comics who are satisfied with their purchases & our accurate descriptions! To make sure that you have no unpleasant surprises, since I am not an expert and this is an ungraded book, I've noted flaws or unusual features that I saw in the book. T are also a large number of detailed photographs of both covers, in extreme close-up and broader views; all corners, edges, spines & staples, and the "big pictures." You'll see every fold, crease, ink smear, tear, hole, loose page, staple details, and anything else we can capture. Our photos are both in normal light AS WELL AS BLACK LIGHT to uncover many types of alterations. We end up with between 20-40 photos & scans of each book. We may not publish all of them in the listing, but just ask and we'll be happy to provide them for you. Note: the fewer the pictures, the fewer flaws were spotted! are some of my observations on this book. Please look at the pics though, as they are the primary description of this book. This is a beautiful. I've photographed virtually all of the flaws I could find. T were very few, mostly a few creases and rubs. Whatever is t is shown in the photos. The covers are still glossy; overall the book is supple. The colors are bright - the photos don't do it justice, but the scans provide a better idea of the real colors T are no pages missing. No coupons or other pieces cut out. No stamps. No writing. The staples are clean with no rust. The cover is TIGHT. The book is FLAT. I want bidders to have as much info as possible! But ask EARLY - I can't guarantee that I can respond the last 24 hours of the auction. This comic belongs to a serious collector of high-grade comic books who made every effort to determine if repairs or restorations had been done. HOWEVER... he has not continuously owned all of the books from printing to now. And what was done before he bought the book is unknown, even though he did everything possible to ensure that the books were not restored or repaired.
