I am selling this 66 piece flatware set in a Nakin's tarnish resistant silverware chest for a friend of mine. I am, by no means, an expert in this field. are the facts as far as I know them. This set was handed down from her granparents. The chest is a NAKEN'S tarnish resistant silverware chest. It measures 16" x 11"x 4" Excellent workmanship, tight vacuum fit. I believe it is cherrywood. It has some scratches that could be refinished. The inside is in excellent condition. The flatware is silverplated, the maker is WM. A Rogers, Onieda LTD. The pattern is "LIDO" introduced in 1938. See the close-up pictures for pattern detail. The set consists of 12 dinner forks 12 salad forks 12 small spoons 12 soup spoons 12 butter knives 2 sugar spoons 1 gravy ladle 1 serving spoon 1 serving fork 2 butter spreaders T is also a cake server and 2 appitizer forks that do not match the pattern. Some of the pieces could use some polishing but otherwise it is in very good condition. Like I said I am no expert so I'm starting the bidding at $49.99. I just discovered that the cost for most of the replacement pieces is $12 each. Times 66 equals $792 not counting the chest. Email me with questions or for more pictures.
