Shelley Violets Bell This item is from the estate of my 93-year-old mother-in-law, Phyllis Allen, who passed away in June of 2006. She was an avid bell collector (and member of The American Bell Association, ) who amassed 4500 bells. I inherited one-third of these and will be listing some of them over the next few months. Mom put string tags on many items with her own info on when and w she obtained it and, sometimes even how much she paid for it...or other times the asking price she had on it if she took it to a bell meeting. When this TAG INFO is available, I will share it in the listing. If you collect bells, be sure to check my other auction listings, as well as my new eBay store Books Bells and Bargains Approximately 4.75" tall, this delicate bell by Shelly is made of Fine Bone China. It is marked Shelley England, Violets, 13821. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
