FROM A SMOKE FREE HOME ALL SALES ARE FINAL This item comes from an Estate. Please ask questions before you bid. I am selling this as a Trading Assistant for someone else. Due to the nature of this arrangment all sales are final. Items are sold as is. T are no returns and all shipments are insured for damage to protect the buyer from loss. I wrap and package items as carefully as possible so they arrive in tact. I am not responsible for the way the Postal service handles packages. Sometimes an item is damaged or it breaks. As stated prior all items I ship are insured for the total amount paid by the winner (this includes: selling price, shipping & insurance). If t is a problem, a claim can be submitted which will require a copy of the postal receipt. The postal receipt is proof of insurance. I will be happy to mail you a copy so you can submit a claim. PLEASE NOTE: I charge a flat rate of $5.00 for packing & handling . If this is not acceptable please do not bid on my items. Cost for packing, shipping, handling and insurance are not negotiable. Once the auction has ended if additional postage or insurance is required due winning bid amount, packing or ship to location - the invoice will be adjusted accordingly. ALSO - The amount of the postal insurance is calculated after the auction is over. The insurance is based on the selling price. The insurance cost are not included in the shipping & handling (the auction is wrong). Insurance cost will be added to the shipping & handling once the auction is over. I do not alter the condition of the items I am given to sell. ALSO NOTE: Very old or used items are "not guaranteed" odor free. If you are "sensitive to odors" or have "allergic reactions" please do not bid on very old or used items!!! As a Trading Assistant selling items for other people, frequently the environment the item came from is unknown to me. I cannot know what your sensitive levels are to odors and it would be better for all parties involved not to go through the whole buy & return process. A new or guaranteed odor free item are safer for the buyer who is allergic or who has a sensitive reaction to odors.
