70s 80s NOS WOMEN LARGE EYEGLASS GOGGLE SUNGLASS RETRO Description #0365 FRAME This is a New Old Stock large goggle-style prescription quality frame for women, made in Italy in the late 1970's or early 80's. It has the full vertical look so popular then, and again now in high-fashion sunglasses. CONDITION This frame is excellent in every way and is guaranteed to hold your new lenses. SIZE This is a large pair of glasses, but is a medium fit. This design was worn quite large, so temples are regular length on a larger chassis. For reference on how oversize these frames were worn, check current tabloids. The shape below is generic used only to show measurements. The rest are taken apart, cleaned, sterilized, polished, and trued. They are then reassembled, using new screws, nose pads, temple covers and other parts as necessary. Finally, the frame is given a final cleaning and adjustment. By the time we finish restoring a frame, it is as good as it can be.
