This auction is for a nice little collection of 72 issues of The Avengers from 1964 - 1989. The earlier ones are a mixture of lower grade with mid to high grade books - certainly no dogs or throw-aways. The later books are in the main extremely high grade; many uncirculated. T are numerous Keys, including early Keys; along with later Keys such as first X-Factor, and the McFarlane years. T is almost a complete run from 1985 to 1989 in high grade; which even though later, would take some effort to put together today at these grades, and perhaps are future grading potential if you have more time than me. I have mentioned any rip or tear if any. If none are mentioned beside issue number you should assume t are none. We unconditionally guarantee our grading. We are Members of CGC, and after having over 5000 of our own books graded as well as countless for others, you can rest assured our grading is realistic if not conservative. These are not optimistic Ebay grades, but the lowest grades we would expect to receive from CGC for the respective issue. We offer 100% refund ( excluding shipping cost ) if you do not agree with our grading when receiving the books.I have included scans of both front & back covers of the earlier books and the annuals; and only the front covers of the books post 1985. In the main these later ones grade no lower than VF, and most considerably higher, so in most cases the back covers are without flaws. If you would like any scan of any back cover please email me.
