as we manually calculate S&H, we will no longer refund overpayment of S&H charges and we will hold orders not paying enough S&H because you did not wait for your invoice to pay - you do not need to email us to request an invoice, we will do our best to send an invoice by midnight of each auction day

INVOICING, SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES: without email prompting, invoices are combined by midnight of the day the auction ends, combining and reducing shipping fees and charging a single $3 handling fee for one auction shipped or $5 per box, regardless of how many lots fit into that box. Please note that we provide this service as a courtesy, you still have only 10 days to pay for items from the original date the item was won, regardless of the invoice date that changes to the current date each time items are combined into a new invoice.

Full Payment Is Due No Later Than The 10 th Calendar Day After The Auction End Date. Auction payments not received by that date are considered invalid; the lot will be re-listed and the buyer will be reported as non-paying to eBay. You are responsible to keep track of the sale date of items that are on combined invoices, as the invoice date changes to the date that the invoices were combined.

Payments Must Be Made Via Paypal or With a Cashier's Check or Money Order Made Payable To The City Of Boulder City . Note that it can take up to 10 days for mail to process through the government office to reach our office.

Actual Shipping Cost Is The Buyers Responsibility - your package will be shipped out within 2 business days from the date we receive your payment. From 89005, s hipping is via UPS, (please note we ship USPS Flat Rate $8.10 to Alaska & Hawaii only and on Wednesday's only). Insurance in not included.
