You are bidding on Awesome Vintage Huge 765.4g Antique Baltic Amber Beads Necklace Egg Yolk Butterscotch Bakelite tested Necklace. in very good condition. necklace is approx 29" inside measurement. 33.5" on outside measurement. largest center bead is approx. 2" diameter. the clearer one shown is approx. 1.5". smallest ones are approx. 1.25". ENTIRE necklace weighs approx. 765.44+grams (1lb 11.4oz). all beads are in very good to excellent condition. nice clarity to a couple. nice swirl. nice color!! there may be some age but that is to be expected. currently the bead are being held together with a thick nylon string. the beads smell like honey. they are smooth, large and beautiful. This necklace came from an estate where the woman who bought them many years ago roamed the WORLD and brought back tons of treasures from her travels. this item was from one of her trip in Lithuania or Russia. idk. She was a world traveler. I have several ethnic pieces on other auctions. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH and BID WISELY. beads were tested using simichrome paste and the color turned yellow.
