Hi, you're bidding on a very large collection of (78) fine hand painted animation celluloids used in the actual production of cartoons. Included in this auction are cels from: Cinderella Pinnochio Peter Pan Ninja Turtles Scooby Doo Aladdin Beauty and the Beast plus many more These hand painted cels are the fundamental building blocks behind all animated film entertainment. The fluid motion portrayed in a Filmation cartoon is the result of thousand of individual original paintings. Several hundres such cels are required for a single minute of animation. Each Filmation cel is a complete original, created by a single animation artist. It is an original production cel used in the actual cartoon itself. Each piece bears a seal of authenticity, establishing it as an original production element as opposed to a repainted rendering or reproduction. These cels are great for resale on eBay and people will pay lots of money for them. In my opinion if you can buy one of this original cels for less than $15 it is a steal, so imagine you buy them and then post them individually on eBay.
