8 Vintage WOODEN NODDY EGGCUPS Egg Cups Lot LOVABLE!

Last year I started parting with some of my massive eggcup collection and I am continuing this year. I have acquired this collection over 30+ years and it's now time for most of it to go to new homes. Over the coming months, I will be selling all kinds of eggcups including vintage, contemporary, figural, bucket, sets, figural attached, footed, double, plastic, wood, marble, stone, resin and many unique pieces. This lot consists of 8 vintage wooden Noddy-style eggcups. These pieces are very old and several in this lot certainly show the signs of their age. Over the years, paint has chipped off, little dings have occurred and one has a small piece broken off. Even with these issues, these hard to find little beauties will make a very fine addition to any eggcup collection. The yellow bird eggcup shows paint chipped off the upper rim. The little girl with green dress eggcup has one hair ponytail broken off. The slender pedestal style eggcup decorated with a girls face with brown hair curled into buns over her ears has the most paint wear. This piece, made in Italy, continues to chip paint off and must be handled very carefully. I have displayed her only in a climate-controlled environment not under direct light and this has drastically reduced the paint loss. Each eggcup collector has his or her own ways of preserving pieces, so I will leave this issue up to the new owner. I personally have only seen one other eggcup over the years that look like this one, so she may be a welcome addition to a new home even with her paint loss. This lot also has two little girl eggcups that are the same. I have tried to include pictures in this lot that will show the actual condition of these pieces so that you can judge for yourself. They all measure approx. 2 3/4" high and are unmarked with the exception of the piece mentioned above from Italy. Please feel free to email any questions you may have as I may have missed a detail important to you. All of my items are shipped from a non-smoking, pet free environment. Any glare, spotting or light circles in pictures are a result of photography only. I package all of my items safe and secure as my feedback will tell you but I urge you to consider purchasing insurance - I will not be held responsible for any uninsured item once it enters the postal system. Insurance is an additional fee based on the value of the goods purchased. I charge the current USPS rates which are: $1.65 up to $50.00 - $2.05 for $51.00 to $100.00 - $2.45 for $101.00 to $200.00 - $4.60 over $200.00. Note to INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS including CANADA - Due to the recent changes by the US Postal Service, we can no longer ship Economy or Air Parcel Post as these services have been discontinued. All shipping will now be done by Priority Mail International or Global Express Mail. It is your responsibility to contact me prior to bidding for a shipping quote. Note to ALL BIDDERS & BUYERS - Shipping transit times cannot be controlled by any seller. I do my best to have your purchase shipped out within TWO BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your payment. Business days for me are Monday to Friday; I do not ship on weekends or stat holidays. The listed shipping charge on the auction includes delivery confirmation in the United States. Please consider that shipping is not limited to just the cost of the postage - bubble wrap, packing materials, boxes, padded envelopes, tape, labels etc. all must be considered. These supplies are incredibly expensive but a necessity in order to maintain safe and secure shipping. I want all of my customers to receive their purchase the way I would expect to receive it if I was the buyer.
