82nd AIRBORNE EMBLEM - Handcrafted Wooden Plaque 82nd AIRBORNE EMBLEM Handcrafted Wooden Plaque The 82nd Airborne Division is an elite modular Airborne Infantry Division and was constituted in the National Army as the 82nd Division on March 5, 1917, and was organized on March 25, 1917, at Camp Gordon, Georgia. Since members of the division came from all 48 states, the unit was given the nickname ALL-AMERICAN This is the basis for its famed "AA" insignia. Our Artists expertly created the background of this Plaque by inlaying 3 different woods, then they carefully shape the wooden AA Letters to accurately reproduce the popular 82d Airborne Insignia. Priority Mail will almost always arrive in 2-4 days, for a fraction of the cost of 3-Day Select or 2nd Day Air. Ebay Shipping charges are Flat-Rate per item ordered. All Orders shipped to APO, FPO, AE, VI, PR, etc., will ship via USPS Priority Mail at the SAME RATE as regular Domestic Orders.
