Here's an American Flyer Lines loco no. 88 Franklin F.Y.&P. 4-4-0 American type, locomotive and coal (or wood) tender in very good condition. The Loco has a smoke unit as seen by the small pipe in the stack. I believe it has a reversing unit in the tender too. Not sure if it has a whistle or not. I mostly do o-gauge Lionel, MTH, K-Line type stuff, and I'm not familiar with AF products at all. So if someone in Ebay land would kindly advise me, I may be able to test it. but I would probably need a few days before the auction ends to do so. I'm not sure if the locomotive runs on AC or DC even or what voltage of either. I have some AF S track and a small DC transformer if thats what it needs, and the usual common garden variety of Lionel power supplies. Please advise too on what smoke fluid it needs too? I'm guessing its an oil type of some sorts. Your help and advice is appreciated. Its still ALL original, USA made and its good for parts and restoration too.
