9th Ferrying Squadron & 58th Sub-Depot Long Beach California 1940 Probably now Long Beach Airport Same woman appears in both photographs. She was a photographer and I do not know her name. Having difficulty identifying aircraft....... Maybe you know? After being listed for a few hours I received a nice message with the following info: The plane with the number 171 is a Douglas A-20C built nearby at Santa Monica CA. The other photo the plane in the background is a Lend-Lease Lockheed A-28 built for the British as a Hudson IVA at Burbank CA. The mechanic is working on some well worn B-17. By the star insignia on the Hudson both pictures would have to be dated Nov. 1942. They will be well packaged and shipped promptly Check out my other items ! Thanks for looking and
