This lot includes all that you see in the photos - there are about 95 pets and a bunch of accessories. No guarantees that everything here is LPS - but I think the very vast majority is. No original packaging. Lot includes only what you see. These are all played with so you will find some dirt and wear. Nothing terrible. No chews, bites, pen or cuts that I can find. There are definitely some accessory pieces and parts that are probably part of something that is not included! Some might have originally gone to a larger structure. So, please keep in mind that this lot includes only what you see. Very cute, played with lot! I hope someone can give them all a new home! This is f rom our smoke-free but not pet-free home - no smells or odors. I think that covers it! Thanks for your interest! Just an FYI on international shipping rates and combining - once a package weighs 4 pounds or more and/or exceeds a total of 36 inches in dimension it must be shipped priority or express and the post office will not allow it to be shipped via first class. All international packages will be marked merchandise on the customs form(s) - not gift. Also, keep in mind that insurance amounts must match package value. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s additional responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We always intend to charge actual shipping rates - we never intend to profit on shipping! If ever the amount paid is incorrectly calculated with the buyer paying too much we always refund!
