In my ongoing efforts to try to offer eBayers some less-often seen items come these uncut sheets featuring the Kraft âeoediscsâe that were found underneath the lids of the companyâe(tm)s peanut butter jars during the âe(tm)91-92 season. Now, I got these from a friend who I believe got them from a former Kraft representative and each uncut sheet has been autographed by Hall-of-Famer Ted Lindsay. Donâe(tm)t know the story behind the autographs but Iâe(tm)ve shown four out of the five and you can tell (when comparing w the top of the âeoeLâe is positioned and/or w the âeoeyâe ends) that they are definitely not stamped or facsimile signatures; theyâe(tm)re the real deal, penned with a fine blue sharpie just above Lindsayâe(tm)s image (bottom row). The 24 discs feature action photos of two players, pairing star players of the early 1990s with legends of the past. Included are the likes of Hall of Fame Canadiens Maurice and Henri Richard, Beliveau, Plante, Harvey, Geoffrion, Cournoyer, Lafleur and Savard, Leafs Apps, Horton, Kelly and Mahovlich, Rangers Howell, Gadsby and Gilbert, Red Wings Sawchuk and Lindsay, as well as Clarke, Dionne and Perreault. Then-day stars featured include Gretzky, Yzerman, Gilmour, Carbonneau, Robinson, Hull, Coffey, Kurri, Roy and Robitaille. If youâe(tm)re an uncut sheet enthusiast or if you collect any of these players, or know people who are/do, these sheets may interest you. They measure 11-3/4âe by 18-1/2âe and are all in perfect crease-free, ding-free condition. The yellow backs of the cards are indeed printed with statistics and bios of the players. The auction is for all five sheets, printed on thin cardboard stock. âe¦.âe¦..
