We are not a dealer in post cards; these cards were obtained over the last 20 years from stamp collectors' accumulations. T are 90 USA Souvenir Folders (32 are postally used). Folders are primarily from 1940 (some earlier). We do not charge a handling fee; only the flat rate priority mail fee. All folders are pictured; p lease to view the 47 images. Images Button 1! GENERAL POLICIES Payment terms - Expect payment within 14 days following the close of the auction; otherwise (unless you contact us) we have to cancel the results and relist. Handling fees - We do not charge handling fees (only actual postage) and will combine lots if it reduces your postal costs.
