This auction is for a nice old hinged bangle bracelet marked 9C. Not being familiar with the mark 9C, the research I've done and info gleaned is that this is the same as 9K (some show it as 10K) and is probably European. The bracelet measures about 2-3/8" w (from opening to hinge) and about 2" from "top" to "bottom". The hingle and opening work well and there is a delicate little chain safety feature. This is not heavy and is probably hollow and with age, has suffered a few dings on the bottom side. The top part seems to be free of these except for one very small place. The others are shallow and not very obvious, small, and do not affect the shape or wearability of the bracelet. There is an engraved design on part of the top circular bands.
