9CT rose gold ruby & diamond antique estate victorian bangle This is such a beautiful late Victorian Antique/Estate bracelet! Circa 1880-1890'S rose gold (Yes, it is true rose gold.) bangle bracelet with 3 genuine rubies set in starburst settings. To finish this terrific piece, two Diamonds have been set between the Rubies in starburst settings and the top portion of the bangle has a beaded edge detail. The bangle is marked 9ct the English hallmark for 9K it also has additional markings "R.P" which I believe to be the maker's marks. The bracelet is gorgeous however, it has seen some wear. T are several easily seen dents along the bottom of the bangle (It is hollow) and on the side w the hinge is located. T are also dents on the inside of the bottom of the bracelet as well. The bangle looks beautiful from the top, because of the dents being primarily on the bottom of the bracelet. Please see pictures below. T are also loops by the clasp, for attaching a safety chain to if so desired, the clasp itself works great and is snug. The piece being 120 years old is actually in reasonably fair shape compared to a lot of pieces I have seen from this time period. I had my most trusted jeweler inspect the stones and settings and he found them to be very securely set and the prongs to be intact and well maintained.
