For sale is the pocket crest of the 9th Parachute Assault Battalion (airborne) of the ITALIAN ARMY. Type IV, INC, (Incursori). A silver metal badge, pin backed. It is original and unused. The history of this unit goes back to the WWII 10th Arditi Regiment. Detailed information can be found on page 147 and 148 of the book - ELITE INSIGNIA GUIDE 2, ITALIAN AIRBORNE INSIGNIA,1938 - PRESENT. PRESENT MEANING UP TO 1993 WHEN THE BOOK WAS PUBLISHED.
