This classic Adena spearpoint comes from northern Kentucky along the Ohio River. The point is made from an orange/tan colored chert and has a perfect profile, great symmetry, nice size, and is damage-free. From now through the end of 2009, I will be selling a collection of artifacts, antiquities, relics, and antiques assembled during the past 45 years. All items were legally acquired, are guaranteed to be authentic, and I offer a guaranteed full refund of the purchase price if returned in the same condition as sent within 3 weeks of the date of sale. Items will be sent by appropriate class USPS mail, fully insured, with delivery confirmation. Postage charges are listed for delivery to buyers within the U.S. Postage fees for international buyers will be determined after the sale. Every attempt will be made to hold mailing costs to a minimum. I do offer combined shipping for multiple items purchased within 3 days, with additional postage costs limited to those covering the extra weight and insurance required. This is from my 27th group of items being auctioned in 2008. I'll do my best to answer any questions and resolve any problems that may arise. Thank you for looking at this auction, and I hope to do business with you this year.
