A very good japanese Officer's katana modelled on the fabled Samurai sword of japan and having a 26 ins blade with broad wavy hamon. This sword is signed 23rd generation Kane Fusa and interestingly also has the seki arsenal stamp. The most interesting thing about this sword is that it has a floating chrysanthemum carved on the blade which indicates that it was made for the Naval Shrine.A scarce item.
