This auction is for a mu seum quality "Monkey Jug" pitcher which I purchased from an old estate along with several pieces of old glassware. I believe it to be made by A.R. Cole. It is unsigned but is made with white Mitchfield clay. It is in " MINT " museum quality condition without even a chigger bite to be found. It is emerald green which appears to be have been brushed on. Both spouts have been trimmed in black as well as the handle. Also t is black trim line around the base. You will have to search long & hard to find another as nicely potted and in MINT condition. It is without a doubt one of the most perfect pieces I have ever seen. It stands approximately 9" in height X approximately 7" diameter with a circumference of about 23". This piece will be double boxed for safe delivery.
