Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (Universal, 1948). Lobby Card (11 X 14 ). Wilbur (Lou Costello) and Chick (Bud Abbott) are freight handlers extraordinaire who meet up with the trio of Universal horror giants. Universal did not originally consider Mr. Lugosi for the Dracula role because they thought he had passed away. A fellow actor informed them of their misconception and he was called in immediately to reprise his signature role. This scene card is in very clean shape with little apparent wear and tear. It does have a French Canadian Film Censur embossment in the lower right hand corner, though very difficult to see. It has two pin holes in each corner. Very Fine -.
