DESCRIPTION Offered today is a fantastic 10" x 4 1/4" cut glass berry bowl, signed HUNT, in a pattern of two hobstar chains with a floral band cut in between. This pattern is very similar in design to some of the Tuthill florals and has the same type of hobstar chain pattern as the Tuthill Vintage pattern design. The edge on this bowl is a stylized scallop with zipper type cuts on the very top scallops and small U type cuts on the outer edge of the bowl. This bowl is in fantastic condition. I have found a single small flake on the inner upper edge of the bowl. T is a normal amount of scratching on the bottom of the bowl, consistent with shelf life, and a couple of tiny nips on the the lower hobstar chain and base hobstar. You will have to look very closely to find them. This piece fluoresces the greenish color considered the "gold" standard for identification of cut glass from the brilliant period of American cut glass. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICY I accept paypal, but please email me first at before using that option. Beginning in October, eBay will mandate that paypal be included in all ads as an acceptable payment method so I am including them as a payment option. I prefer payment by money order, cashiers check, or personal check. I have no problem waiting for a check in the mail. Also, PLEASE wait for me to send an invoice prior to paying for your item. I usually ship UPS and require a valid shipping address. Ebay also will allow a "pick up" option for those wishing to pay by other than electronic means. If you want to "pick up" your item, please contact me at the above email address and I will make the arrangements for you for pick up. The successful bidder is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges which will be $14.50 for this item within the continental US. If you desire another shipping service, I will determine that charge after the auction is ended.
