Absolut Hirschfeld Artist: Al Hirschfeld Limited Edition Lithograph # 5/130 Hand-signed & Numbered Size: 24" x 19" Date: 1990 Condition: Very Good This print was commissioned by Absolut Vodka and is one of a series of self portraits done by Hirschfeld. This edition was done late in his life and is one of 2 self portrait w the artist incorporates color. The notation of 18/1 indicates that the word Absolut is repeated 18 times in the image, with his daughter's name (Nina) appearing once. The embossed logo below the number is the printers mark. A Certificate of Authenticity included, issued by Absolut Americana Art Gallery. T are two small spots of foxing in the white border which can be seen in the photos below.
