BOEING B-17C FLYING FORTRESS Up for your consideration Is a 1:72 scale model kitof one of the most successful Allied Strategic Bombing Aircraft, the Fly ing Fortress !Made by Academy/Minicraft Item #1666 The "Flying Fortress" was designed a s a high speed, daylight, long range bomber. It was flown by the RAF and the USAAF throughout the second world war.This model depicts the aircraft that intercepted the liner "REX" in the 1930s to prove the concept of long range precision navigation. The model is in excellent condition! The box does not appear to have been opened and looks new!The model is complete and unstarted. PAYMENT Payment is expected within 7 days of auctions' end.
