SHARON "BUTTERFLY" STEVENS is from the ACOMA PUEBLO and she is a member of the Bear Clan. She was inspired to create traditional Acoma Pottery by her mother and her grandmother. They taught her the fundamentals of handcoiling and creating traditional pottery using the ancient methods of her ancestors. Specializing in handcoiled pottery, not every piece is perfect. SHARON STEVENS created this wonderful piece with handles on each side. The piece meaures 6 1/2"H x 8 1/4"W including handles. T are a several pottery pops on the piece .....about 4.
