Acoustic Research AR-3A Speakers Near Mint Condition! Serial #'s 89914 & 89918 This is a gorgeous, near mint pair of Acoustic Research AR-3A speakers, in near mint, all original condition. For a large, high res shots, . The drivers are ALL in excellent condition, all indications are they are untouched & original, NO pushed in domes!!!. The woofers have been re-foamed at some point, neatly & correctly, no voice coil rubs or other issues. These speakers sound fantastic! One of the HF pots is "scratchy" but works, the 3 others are much smoother. If the winner wants I will clean & repair if needed, contact me after the sale. On a very close inspection, t are some VERY MINOR imperfections, however at 40+ years old, I have no problem calling these near mint, a term I do not use lightly. Original paperwork intact: Tops near perfect: Even the bottoms will clean up, no chips just some marks from the stands?: These are the boxes I acquired them in, while not the original, they are the correct size and have the original inner packing.
