Up for bid is this brass hourglass which actually times one hour, and is 9-3/8" tall. It contains white sand, has the signs of the Zodiac on the top, and Roman numerals around the bottom. The brass is a little dull and needs polishing but otherwise this is a beautiful piece! You are buying from a smoke-free home! Most of what I sell on ebay is use d - either from a rummage sale, garage sale, estate sale, or auction so sometimes the items have some flaws. I do my best to examine each item carefully and describe it as closely and exactly as I can.
