DAVID IRELAND, U.S.A. At BINGHAMTON, BROOM COUNTY, N.Y. COLONEL DAVID IRELAND, CAPT. JOHN H. TERRY,1st LIEUT. JAMES E. MIX, 2nd. FRANK WHITMORE With the ORIGINAL Old Frame, This CIVIL WAR DOCUMENT MEASURES: 22 3/4" tall by 18 3/4" wide. CONDITION: GOOD. The Frame is old and chipping in a few spots ( see the lower left side of the frame in the photo.) The Backboard has been removed To Prevent additional acid damage. T is slight acid staining and a Nickle size hole ( SEE PHOTOGRAPHS ). Additional Photos are available upon request.
