FRANK WHITMORE With the ORIGINAL Old Frame, This CIVIL WAR DOCUMENT MEASURES: 22 3/4" tall by 18 3/4" wide. CONDITION: GOOD. The Frame is old and chipping in a few spots ( see the lower left side of the frame in the photo.) The Backboard has been removed To Prevent additional acid damage.
