Adam Binder Editions "Hold On Tight" was Adam's first release from the Eden Series in 2003. It features a momma frog with a globe of her babies, called either polliwogs or tadpoles. The momma frog is also clutching a group of her offspring in her arms. This 3 part piece can be displayed in a variety of ways as shown in the pictures. The Eden Series is a groundbreaking design by Adam Binder and the carving method is a highly-kept secret; it is the most unique design of all collectibles. The base is 2 pieces in the shape of a half circle which form a round globe with a solid figurine in the center. The base can also be inverted to form an hourglass shape. Although the pieces are not numbered, the certificate of authenticity and box are numbered 789 from an edition size of 1000. Hand made in England, and initialled by the artist. Some collectors, like me, bought several of these pieces so that they could all be displayed in different formats. If you already have one of these spectacular pieces, you'll probably want another.
