This is the small-size sugar bowl for the popular Fruits pattern of Adams Titian Ware (pattern #1346B). It measures about 4" tall by itself and 5 1/4" with the lid. The lid has wonderful detailing of a flower bud, leaves, and the same hand-painted fruits that decorate the body. This one has escaped any chipping - the rim of both bowl and lid are perfect. T is some crazing on the body, as is often seen on pieces this old. The only real condition issue is shown in photo #6: on the body of the bowl t is a craze that radiates out from a central point. (I can't describe it as a crack, as it does not go through.) It is really hard to even see, but I want to give you a complete description so t are no surprises. This one is a gem! Replacements lists the same piece at $59.99, so this is your chance to pick up a bargain! I will ship it by USPS parcel post unless you request a different option.
